    Janet Zarate is a licensed Registered Nurse and clinical educator with over 17 years of experience in high-acuity hospital care. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 2008, she began her career in adult critical care and soon expanded into emergency medicine, working at a Level II trauma center. In 2020, she stepped into a leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Emergency Department in San Jose, where she continues to guide and mentor the next generation of frontline nurses.

    Her journey into aesthetics began in 2019, sparked by a lifelong passion for art and beauty. Though initially hesitant about cosmetic treatments, Janet’s perspective changed after receiving her first aesthetic service at 35. What began as curiosity turned into a calling. She trained under trusted medical professionals in Arizona and began treating clients in 2020, combining her clinical skillset with a deeply personal approach to care.

    Janet is especially passionate about biohacking, preventative health, and helping others slow the aging process. She believes in addressing the root causes, like genetics and sun exposure, that impact how we look and feel over time. Her approach blends science and artistry to help clients feel confident in their own skin, inside and out.

    While this is her first independent aesthetics venture, Janet continues to serve as a clinical educator and is proudly supported by Dr. Monica Kieu, a respected plastic surgeon in Newport Beach. She's also surrounded by a network of empowered, like-minded women who inspire her every day.

    Janet builds close, lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom she considers family. Her mission is simple: to provide expert care, honest guidance, and a personalized experience where every client feels truly seen and supported..

Monica Kieu, D.O.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Monica Kieu is a double board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with seven years of private practice experience, specializing in both surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures. With residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto, she brings a wealth of expertise to her work. Her surgical specialties include rhinoplasty, facelifts, neck lifts, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and reconstructive surgeries such as cleft lip and palate repair. On the nonsurgical side, Dr. Kieu excels in advanced injectable treatments, skin resurfacing, body contouring, and minimally invasive techniques that prioritize natural and balanced results.

For the past five years, Dr. Kieu has been a clinical instructor for Empire Medical Training, providing hands-on and didactic training on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, Kybella, and hair restoration. She has overseen NPs, PAs, and RNs in her Beverly Hills and Newport Beach practices, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Dr. Kieu is dedicated to contributing to the aesthetic community through education and leadership while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
